Withdrawals
Box24 aims to process your withdrawals within up to 72 hours, and for Wire transfers during 10 business working hours, providing all requested documentation has been provided and approved, Players withdrawals can be requested and sent via a number of banking options available in the cashier, and are generally confined to the same method used for deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, there must have been at least one deposit via the same method as the withdrawal request.
Due to restrictions imposed by Visa/Mastercard services, Box24 Casino cannot process any withdrawal nor return the original deposit to these cards. Winnings from credit card deposits may be withdrawn to another banking method listed in our cashier.
